Do I need to make a appointment or can I just “drop in”?
ERA Pilates is predominately appointment based while there are a few classes on the schedule. Pre-registration is required for group classes.
What should I bring to my first session?
For first time students, please be prepared to fill out a waiver and policy acknowledgement form in the first few minutes of your initial private.
What should I wear?
Please wear tight or slightly loose fitting garments. Shoes and socks are not required. Something that you feel comfortable in is most important!
Where can I park?
The is plenty of street parking surrounding the studio. Please use the street parking on Prospect St. or Linden St.
How many times a week should I do Pilates?
Let’s chat :). EveryBODY is different.
If I have a special condition like Osteoporosis, Pregnancy, Scoliosis, or Back Pain can I do Pilates?
Yes, Pilates is a modifiable system to fit our students needs. In a private setting we will tailor to our clients limitations so the client is able to gain strength and mobility in a safe environment. What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required to cancel a session or group class. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
What machine do you use?
Studio Balanced Body reformer/tower mat machine.

Yes, we offer a 10 and 5 pack option for duets and privates. Please see the pricing tab for details.
What are your first time client deals?
We offer 3 first time client deals. Initial Private ($39), Intro 3 Private Pack ($135), and Intro Duet Special ($25). Each client is eligible to purchase these packages 1 time only!
